This is available through a “Virtual Leasing Office” that is open 24 hours a day – basically everything a prospective apartment resident needs to make a decision and then start the application process online. It features spacious apartment floor plans along with online brochures, and an online rental application. The site also features services for apartment residents like online work orders, resident surveys, a resident referral program and a preferred employer plan.

The Mark One is situated in the heart of Las Vegas. We’re a block from the Boulevard Mall and five minutes by car from the Fashion Show Mall.

Also within 5 minutes drive are 4-star restaurants serving any ethnic food you could name. On the bottom floor of the building, we have La Scala Ristorane, an Italian restaurant once named by Gourmet magazine as one of the 100 best restaurants in America. Very close by are big-name establishments like the Hard Rock Hotel, Lawry’s Steakhouse and Planet Hollywood.
