Every Thursday from 5 to 9 p.m., indulge your culinary cravings with chocolate specialties prepared by the chefs of Wolfgang Puck, including chocolate pot de crème and whipped ganache cake. Kick back with cool drink creations while live music provides the soundtrack for enjoying one of the best views of the Vegas skyline.

In addition to food, libations and entertainment, Café Concert Series guests will enjoy discounted admission to the Springs Preserve's museums and galleries ($6 for adults and $3 for children), which will be open late Thursday nights. Cafe concerts are free and open to the public. Note: Entrée must be purchased with alcohol.
