Established in March of 2000, Chicago Brewing Company is one of 13 properties owned and operated by Magoo's Gaming Group/TLC Enterprises.Kyle Cormier is the Head Brewer here at CBC. Kyle has been brewing on property since the doors opened in March of 2000. He grew up in Lake Havasu City,

AZ where upon graduation he moved to Flagstaff and attended NAU. Following NAU, Kyle moved here to Las Vegas and finished his schooling at UNLV. He apprenticed under a well renowned Brew Master,

Paul Marczyk, who was CBC's original Head Brewer. Paul moved to Denver two years after the opening leaving Kyle some big shoes to fill. Thanks to a strong commitment to quality and diversity, we now have a full range of existing beer styles to choose from year round.

All Nighter

All Nighter is CBC's premium light ale. We use only the finest two-row pale and imported munich barley's. The All Nighter is lightly hopped and easy to drink. extended cold storage creates a crisp, clean light beer. ABV 4.6%

Black Star

Black Star is CBC's version of an Irish-style dry stout. Our nitrogen injected stout has a rich roasted malt flavor and is dark in color. Black Star is lightly hopped so that it coincides with the gentle bitterness created by the roasted barley. The finish is smooth, silky and creamy. ABV 4.5%

Dinning Room

Whether it's a casual dinner with the whole family or special occasions; our dining room has it all. As you enter through the glass paned double doors, your eyes immediately find the large copper brew kettles of our working microbrewery.

Continuing on you'll notice the stained glass windows that highlight the urban style brick walls. Once you're seated you can see all the action; our brew master crafting his latest creation, the "Game" on our 42 inch flat panel screen or the hustle and bustle of our open kitchen. These are just a few things that you will experience in our comfortable and inviting building.

Chicago Brewing Company is NOT just another microbrewery in Las Vegas, we are a family. We love what we do, and we love the fact that we are able to share such a marvelous building with Las Vegas.
